Our team at Design Dental of Montrose is dedicated to providing you and your family with an exceptional dental experience. We are pleased to offer a wide range of services, from cosmetic dentistry to Invisalign orthodontic treatments and most procedures in between. At our office, we are proud to utilize the latest advances in dentistry and take pride in treating our patients like family.
JENNIFER RIVAS, Office Manager
Jennifer is our front desk manager. She was born and raised in Houston. She has a 6 year old daughter and a 3 year old son who keep her on her toes. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, taking her daughter and son to new places, and participating in martial arts. She is a red belt in Tae Kwan Do, participates in kickboxing and MMA, and loves to read. Jennifer has been in the dental field for 16 years and her favorite part of dentistry is educating patients on the importance of keeping a happy and healthy smile. She especially enjoys interacting with patients who have had an extraordinary dental experience!
Jenny glasoe, RDH
Jenny, our dental hygienist, started in dentistry at the age of 18 as a dental assistant. She graduated from UT Dental Hygiene School in 2008. She enjoys living in the Montrose neighborhood and is enthusiastic about fitness. She has a 2 year old son who keeps her very busy. Her passion, other than hygiene, is spending time with her family and supporting the Houston Astros. Jenny's goal is to always treat patients like family and make their dental experience as great as possible!
Donya cockrell, Dental Assistant
Donya is our chair-side assistant and was also born and raised in Houston. She spends her spare time doing all types of crafts, cake decorating, and spending time with her family. She loves animals and has a mini-farm in her back yard that includes horses, chickens, goats, rabbits, dogs, pigs and even a donkey! Her youngest daughter recently started her college studies to become a veterinarian due to her love for animals.
Donya has almost 30 years of experience in dentistry and especially enjoys getting patients the smile they want. She will do everything possible to make your dental experience a pleasant one!
Gerardo Chavez, RDA
Gerry is another of our chair-side assistants, who has recently joined the dental field. He was also born and raised in Houston for most of his life. Outside of the office, he has a few interests in drawing, cooking, and reading, but for the most part, enjoys playing video games like League of Legends and watching TV shows. In the office, he is learning to be as efficient and quick as possible, with help from his co-workers, to give the patient the most pleasant experience possible.
